On Friday last the students of Glenmore N.S. competed in the Mick Curran Shield Athletic Competition. This is an annual competition organised by St. Joeseph’s Athletic Club in Rosbercon. The local schools are invited to come along and compete in athletic events on a points based system. Our competing students did really well finishing in second place to Listerlin N.S. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
Well done to St. Joeseph’s for organsing so well as per usual.
